Eligibility:
- This offer is available to pre-schools and formal schools with pre-primary classes only.
- Requests from individuals or organizations not associated with pre-school education will not be accepted.
Submission of Requests:
- Only requests submitted in the prescribed format provided by Kenbee Edutech will be considered.
- Requests must include all necessary information as outlined in the prescribed format.
- All requests must be attached with formal request on letter head or must be sent through official email ID of school.
- Incomplete or improperly formatted requests will not be processed.
Request Review:
- All requests will be reviewed by Kenbee Edutech to ensure eligibility and compliance with the terms and conditions.
- Kenbee Edutech reserves the right to reject any request at its sole discretion without providing any explanation.
Limitations:
- Each pre-school is eligible to request a single free sample kit from Kenbee Edutech.
- The sample kit content may vary as per the discussion with respective school.
- Multiple requests from the same pre-school will not be considered.
Availability:
- Free sample books are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Kenbee Edutech does not guarantee the availability of specific sample books and reserves the right to substitute them with alternatives.
Shipping:
- Kenbee Edutech will cover the cost of shipping the free sample book to the address provided by the pre-school.
- Kenbee Edutech will schedule the shipping of Sample Kits on the sole discretion of company.
- Kenbee Edutech is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that may occur during the shipping process.
Usage Rights:
- By requesting a free sample book, pre-schools agree to allow Kenbee Edutech to use their name and logo for promotional purposes.
- Kenbee Edutech may feature the names and logos of participating pre-schools on its website, social media channels, or other promotional materials.
- Representatives of Kenbee Edutech will be permitted to contact school through various communication modes including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Tele calls, Video Calls (for demonstrations) and Personal visits as required.
Online Demo / Orientation:
- Schools who have received our free samples are encouraged and requested to participate in online demo and orientation to understand the features of books in detail.
Recall / return:
- Kenbee Edutech reserves the right to recollect free samples and expects the schools to return samples in case they are not opting in to Kenbee Curriculum.
- Schools are appreciated to arrange for return courier of samples if they are not opting-in for the coming session.
- Kenbee Edutech may also arrange for the pick-up of samples from non-opting schools through their representatives in respective location.
Modification of Terms:
- Kenbee Edutech reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Changes to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Kenbee Edutech website.
